Similarly, we find ourselves in a moment in time when bridging scientific knowledge and diplomatic practice through science diplomacy is more important than ever. With millions of people scaling up their efforts to help mitigate the virus by confining themselves at home, we have the responsibility to bring together scientists, international relations practitioners and global health experts to discuss science diplomacy and pandemics.
