The aim of this session is to share and discuss not only the new challenges produced by the crisis and the measures and instruments that are being implemented in the territories, but also to show the value and power of local and regional governments to provide responses at critical moments for employment and economic activity.
UCLG and UCLG Commission on Local Economic and Social Development, in partnership with Metropolis and UN-Habitat, organise on 30 April from 15:00 to 17:00 (CEST) a Live Learning Experience aimed at promoting debate, exchange and the search for solutions to challenges that are both global and local at the same time.
The session is a new opportunity to highlight the work of local and regional governments, anticipating crisis situations and responding, on the frontline, to citizens.
