In the aftermath of the devastating typhoon Haiyan that has hit the Philippines claiming human lives and causing huge destruction in numerous cities and regions, the World Organisation United Cities and Local Governments expresses the solidarity and support of mayors and local authorities around the world to the people and local authorities of the Philippines.
