Registration is now open for the first virtual seminar leading up to the 5th edition of the LED Forum

The virtual seminar will take place on Thursday 17 December 2020, at 1 p.m. (Central European Time), and will focus on the role of regional and local development bodies as catalysts for integrated territorial responses to the Covid-19 crisis.

The session will host a debate with representatives from three continents on the concrete experiences of Local and Regional Development Agencies, their countries and regional networks, to address the consequences of the crisis and enable a transition towards more inclusive and sustainable societies, through structured territorial processes of dialogue for joint policy development and programmatic responses.

The session, organized by UNDP, ILO, FAMSI and UCLG LESD Committee, in collaboration with the members of the International and National Committee and supported by the European Union and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida, will be translated into English, French and Spanish and requires prior registration at https://undp.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_6PPvvwJ5S3qZ4EuWzfwd-Q
