Prior to the Local and Regional Leaders’ World Summit, on-line forums are being organized. The idea is to allow local and regional authorities and practitioners from different regions of the world to have access to a common space where they can pose questions, debate topics, share their experiences and work together on the elaboration of new knowledge.
A Summit must be an inclusive experience. It must be the occasion to gather different thoughts and ideas coming both from the members of UCLG involved in the work of the Organization and from a broader audience that is also equally interested in the work of the world’s local and regional governments. To encourage this interaction, a series of on-line forums were launched on the Summit Website.
